Student Code

The Student Code of Governance contains the Student Constitution and Supreme Laws enacted under its authority. When someone refers to the “Student Code” they are referring to Laws enacted by Congress. The “Student Constitution” is the document which outlines the structure and general rules of how student government operates at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
